Our School Vision

Our vision is to establish a community where everyone experiences:

'Learning and Life in all its Fullness'

This vision is inspired by the following Bible passage where Jesus said:

"I have come that they may have life and have it to the full." John 10:10.

Our School Values

Our vision is lived and breathed through our school values:

'Compassion, Aspiration and Resilience'

The values create the acronym 'C.A.R', which helps our children to visualise and remember the three core values.

At Lady Seaward's, we are all on a journey together to build a community where everyone enjoys 'Learning and Life in all its Fullness'. 

As we move forward together, we learn to develop our character through showing 'Compassion, Aspiration and Resilience' (CAR)

We are being propelled and fuelled along that journey by the values of our Trust:

'Aspire, Achieve, Flourish'.

The destination for our journey's end is to prepare children to be 'World-Ready Citizens'. This also links with upholding British Values as well as what it means to a global citizen.

Whilst we undertake this journey, we are also 'Journeying towards the Heart of God'. 

God’s heart is for love, empathy, compassion, forgiveness, justice and equality.

Our aim is for our children to be so filled with compassion and a desire for justice that they want to make a real difference in the world.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control." Galatians 5: 22-23
