This Friday 13th September we hosted a Roald Dahl day celebration where all pupils will be took part in a series of activities across the day as well as having the opportunity to attend school dressed as their favourite book character. The children designed their very own BFG inspired 'Dream Jar's,' created pieces of artwork to animate famous characters and wrote their on versions of different well known titles. The older children of the school enjoyed sharing Roald Dahl stories with our younger pupils and even teachers joined in the fun by dressing up and reading their favourite books to the different classes across the school. The day ended with a procession of all the children in their amazing costumes in front of their proud parents.
